Kids + Teens August Summer Program

**July Program currently running + FULL**

We know COVID has brought about many changes in our lives and kids/teens lives. Unfortunately one of those changes is the accessibility to extra curricular activities. That is why we are extra excited to bring back our Young Athlete Development Programs this summer.  

We will be offering a kids program for ages 8-11 and a teens program for ages 12-15. Each program will be 4 weeks long with three sessions a week.

Over the 4 weeks the Young Athletes will build a broad base of athleticism and strength. We will focus on developing the foundations of strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, endurance, coordination and power with the end result being a well conditioned athlete resistant to injury. This is a great opportunity to get your kids off the couch this summer, develop their athletic skills and start to learn the basics of what it is to stay healthy and active for a lifetime.

Upcoming Summer Young Athlete Development Program

 

August 4th – 30th

 

Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays

 

Kids: Ages 8-11: 12:30PM-1:30PM (10 spots available)

 

Teens: Ages 12-15: 2:00PM-3:00PM (10 spots available)

 

$360/Athlete ($620 for two kids in the same family)
