We cannot wait to get this program started! CrossFit Kids is based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, emphasizing good movement trough childhood and adolescence. CrossFit Kids is meant to be fun for all ages! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up your children up.
Price: $40.00+tax per month per child ** To note: Our family membership option is capped at $320.00+tax per month. So if you are already on 12 months couples plan ($280.00) and have multiple children attending CrossFit Kids you will only be charged an additional $40.00+tax. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on event day and closes at 9:00 a.m. To beat the queues you can pick up your Run Walk bib and drop off donations prior to the event. Pre-event check-in will be held at our Foundation office (located on the main floor of Peace Arch Hospital at 15521 Russell Ave) on Friday, October 20 from noon – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 21 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
